Roseman - Chief Executive Officer and President
Mr. Roseman is Chief
Executive Officer and a founder of Teleran Technologies. He has
over 26 years' experience in business as a successful entrepreneur
and investor.
From 1991 to 1996 Mr.
Roseman was a principal in Mosaic Investments, Inc., an investment
management firm he founded that consulted to investment
organizations and technology firms.
From 1989 to 1990, Mr.
Roseman was President of NMI Networking Services, a network
services and software firm. Prior to NMI, Mr. Roseman was Chief
Executive Officer of LAN Services, Inc., a firm he founded in 1984
and which was subsequently acquired by NMI. An innovative and
successful software and services firm, LAN Services pioneered
development of local area network applications serving vertical
markets and created the award winning line of LANWare network
management products.
Mr. Roseman was also
founder and President of Computer Management Associates, a
software company which developed publishing, contracting and
indexing software applications. Mr. Roseman holds a BS degree in
Biology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Robert
I. Karch - Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Karch is Chief
Technology Officer and a founder of Teleran Technologies. Mr.
Karch has 20 years experience in the computer industry in a range
of roles including, expert systems, application product
development and system programming.
Prior to founding
Teleran Technologies, Mr. Karch served as Chief Architect of
Information Builders, Inc. advanced software application division
from 1986 to 1996, where he designed and developed innovative and
commercially successful products in the data access and data
warehouse arena.
Prior to Information
Builders, Mr. Karch held programming and product development roles
at Harris Corporation, where he was responsible for designing one
of the first commercially successful network diagnostic
applications based on expert system techniques.
Mr. Karch holds a BA in
Physics from the State University College of New York at Geneseo
and an MS in Physics from Florida State University.

Christopher
J. Doolittle -
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Mr. Doolittle is Vice
President of Sales and Marketing and a founder of Teleran Technologies. Mr.
Doolittle's 18 years of business experience spans marketing,
sales, business development and general management roles.
Prior to forming
Teleran, Mr. Doolittle was Executive Vice President and Division
Manager at Information Builders, Inc. from 1994 to 1996 where he
was responsible for directing Information Builders' advanced
software applications division. At Information Builders, Mr.
Doolittle turned around an under-performing division, achieving
100% revenue growth year to year.
Mr. Doolittle has also
held marketing and business development positions at GO
Corporation and Metaphor Computer Systems, a pioneering business
intelligence and data warehousing firm. Prior to Metaphor, Mr.
Doolittle managed financial analysis and business planning groups
at PepsiCo and the General Electric Company.
Mr. Doolittle holds a
BA in History and Economics from Hamilton College and an MBA in
Finance and Marketing from Columbia University Graduate School of
Business.

Kenneth
D. Pike - Vice President, Software Development
Mr. Pike is the Vice
President of Software Development for Teleran Technologies. He has
21 years of experience in the software products industry,
specializing in development environment system software ranging
from operating systems to 3GL and 4GL development environments.
For the past 12 years, Mr. Pike has held senior technical
management positions and has been responsible for commercializing
eight successful software products.
Mr. Pike's past
executive positions include Vice President of Thoroughbred
Software International, Inc., where he was responsible for the
development of Thoroughbred's core application development
offerings. Mr. Pike also served as Vice President of Micro Health
Systems where he led development of bedside clinical information
systems for hospital critical and intensive care units.
Mr. Pike holds a BS in
Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland
