"Using Teleran, my staff finally has an effective way to diagnose, analyze and prevent user errors. In addition to the two confusing "customer" tables, we found three other pairs of data elements that could be confusing to users and created similar iGuard policies for each.

 

Over the past two months, more than 50 new users have come on line and our query volume has increased significantly.
