"Our BI application is used by marketing and sales analysts to improve cross-selling and customer retention. User acceptance of the application is critical because if our analysts don’t trust the data, or aren’t satisfied with the service, they’ll stop using it. That threatens our ability to achieve key business objectives.

 

I can’t afford to let that happen, so whenever users report errors or inaccuracies in the data, their calls are handled with the highest priority.
