I identified that new users were the source of the slow-down,
I approached our VP of Finance with the Teleran reports. He was

quickly and agreed to my recommendations: schedule additional training for the
new users and temporarily
constrain new users to the training data mart until
year-end,
allowing Finance to close the books more quickly."
